Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with prospects via phone and email to identify sales opportunities and close deals.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system regarding client interactions and deal status.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the broader sales team to align on strategies and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales goals and a hunger for success.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings.
