Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours to maximize sales conversion
- Exhibit deep product knowledge to guide purchasing decisions and build client relationships
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Contribute to store cleanliness and operational readiness for next-day operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency with POS systems
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with commission-based compensation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
