Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (including weekends)
- Proficient with POS systems and inventory management software
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver's license (for store inventory logistics)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and work standing for 8+ hours
