Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through personalized customer engagement and product demonstrations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Restock merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays during overnight hours
- Operate POS systems and inventory management software with precision
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with exceptional service standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
