- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Exceed sales targets through upselling and product demonstrations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Merchandise and maintain store presentation standards
- Process shipments and manage inventory during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve store KPIs
- Train on new products and sales techniques monthly
Qualifications
