Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Proactively restock merchandise and maintain organized, clean sales floors
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible evening/night shifts (primarily 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
