Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening/night hours, product knowledge demonstrations, and personalized shopping assistance
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and building client relationships
- Manage cash operations, POS transactions, and inventory reconciliation with precision
- Collaborate with night shift team to maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Process online orders, fulfill curbside pickups, and manage e-commerce integration
- Participate in store security protocols and loss prevention measures
- Train on new products, promotions, and retail technologies during shift transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail/sales experience with proven track record in customer-facing roles
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport in diverse environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for late-night shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Experience handling high-volume transactions during peak hours
- Basic proficiency in Spanish preferred for NYC clientele
