Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute floor merchandising, inventory restocking, and visual merchandising standards
- Operate POS systems and assist with returns/exchanges per company policy
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure store cleanliness and operational readiness
- Identify sales opportunities and achieve/exceed daily performance metrics
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous night shift experience a plus
