Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during overnight hours, addressing inquiries and processing transactions
- Execute efficient store operations including inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales through product knowledge upselling and personalized customer engagement
- Maintain security protocols and store appearance during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational transitions
- Utilize POS systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Participate in overnight inventory counts and stock reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Valid work authorization required
