Our Mesa location operates from 8 PM to 5 AM, serving high-energy clientele during prime shopping windows. You'll be instrumental in driving revenue, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and fostering customer loyalty in a fast-paced 24-hour retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through personalized product demonstrations and consultative selling techniques
- Execute flawless inventory management and stock replenishment procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak evening foot traffic hours
- Operate POS systems and process transactions with 100% accuracy
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create compelling displays
- Train and mentor new associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with overnight operations team to ensure seamless store transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven retail sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS technology
- Flexible availability to work 8 PM - 5 AM shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for overnight shifts
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Track record of upselling and achieving/exceeding KPIs
