Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving nightly sales targets
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute nightly inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising standards
- Safeguard store security during overnight operations, including alarm monitoring and access control
- Collaborate with night crew to maintain store cleanliness, safety protocols, and operational readiness
- Document nightly sales reports and customer feedback for next-day team briefings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage customers in dynamic evening environments
- Strong numerical accuracy for cash handling and transaction processing
- Availability for consistent night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high energy during overnight hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for late-night commute
