Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during overnight hours, building rapport and driving sales
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Merchandise products, maintain visual displays, and ensure store cleanliness
- Operate inventory management systems and participate in stock replenishment
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve daily sales targets
- Implement loss prevention protocols and safeguard store assets
- Participate in quarterly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts
- Strong communication skills and comfort with diverse clientele
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended overnight hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
