Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening shifts, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Drive sales through product demonstrations, upselling, and achieving daily targets
- Manage inventory including restocking, organizing displays, and conducting cycle counts
- Operate POS systems efficiently and process transactions accurately
- Ensure store security and adherence to safety protocols during overnight hours
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized shopping environment
- Participate in product training to stay current on merchandise and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
