Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Manage inventory and merchandising displays
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Assist with store closing procedures including cash handling
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor throughout shift
- Collaborate with overnight stock team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for logistics)
