Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours to maximize sales conversion
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions and returns
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create compelling product displays
- Proactively identify and upsell premium products to increase average transaction value
- Inventory management and stock replenishment during overnight operations
- Train and mentor new associates on sales techniques and store protocols
- Collaborate with night crew to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven retail or sales experience
- Expertise in point-of-sale systems and inventory management
- Strong upselling and closing skills with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license preferred
