Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, driving sales through product expertise and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Actively identify upsell opportunities and achieve/exceed nightly sales targets through strategic product bundling
- Operate as a product ambassador, staying current on new releases and technological advancements
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure seamless store operations and visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Participate in after-hours inventory counts and store preparation for next-day operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience with proven track record in revenue generation
- Strong evening availability and comfort with flexible scheduling (including weekends)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and basic tech troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative team dynamics
