Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, including product recommendations and transaction processing
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions with precision
- Collaborate with night crew to maintain store cleanliness and security protocols
- Participate in evening floor walks to ensure optimal customer engagement

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently during off-peak hours
