Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, product knowledge consultations, and transaction processing
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and personalized product recommendations
- Manage inventory restocking, merchandising, and store appearance standards overnight
- Process payments using POS systems while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience with proven sales track record
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
