Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques

- Merchandise and maintain store displays during overnight hours
- Process inventory shipments and organize stockroom efficiently
- Collaborate with night team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation excellence
- Assist in loss prevention measures and security protocols during overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Washington state driver's license for occasional inventory runs
- Experience with premium product lines (electronics, luxury goods, etc.)
