Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours, including product recommendations and transaction processing
- Execute merchandising tasks: restocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining visual standards
- Operate POS systems and manage cash handling procedures with precision
- Collaborate with overnight team to prepare store for daily operations
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Ensure store security protocols are followed during overnight shifts
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible evening/overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
