Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening operating hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and personalized recommendations
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and card payments
- Operate security protocols for cash handling and store safety during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure seamless store operations
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible night shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid government-issued ID for security clearance
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of DC retail market preferred
