Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon entry to the store, providing a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries about pricing, availability, and product features.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and nightly sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse customer bases.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Proficiency with computer systems and POS software is a plus.
