- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation during night shifts
- Manage inventory reconciliation and stockroom organization for overnight operations
- Collaborate with security and overnight staff to ensure safe and efficient store operations
- Support loss prevention measures and emergency response procedures
- Train on new product launches and seasonal collections
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during late-night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory software
- Reliable transportation for flexible scheduling requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid California ID or state-issued work permit
- Basic math skills for transaction accuracy
