Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and overnight hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness throughout shift
- Assist with inventory management and product replenishment
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure store readiness for peak hours
- Uphold all safety protocols and store security procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and consistent night shift availability
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Knowledge of New Orleans area and local culture a plus
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
