Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and overnight hours
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock, organize, and maintain store inventory during night shifts
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Conduct nightly store security checks and operational readiness
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with overnight staff to achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling ability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail technology
