Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to shoppers visiting our store during evening hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance, organization, and inventory levels throughout the night.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict adherence to company security policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless store operations and effective communication.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a professional and positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and keen attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is required.
