- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing store displays overnight
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges efficiently
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure store readiness for next day operations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
