Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, driving sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Manage cash operations, POS transactions, and daily reconciliation with 100% accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store appearance during night shifts
- Process inventory, restock merchandise, and implement loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations and cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining brand standards
- Support special evening events and promotional activations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently during evening/night shifts
- Strong cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license preferred
