Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Maintain the sales floor by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring a clean environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
