Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, answering product inquiries and making recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure the sales floor is organized and appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and organizing new merchandise.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained throughout the shift.
- Handle cash handling procedures, including counting drawers and preparing end-of-shift reports.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software.
