Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during overnight hours, assisting with product inquiries and purchases
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute nightly restocking, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
- Safeguard store assets through vigilant surveillance and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and operational readiness
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours
