Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during overnight hours, assisting with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and manage cash handling procedures
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness during night shifts
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving merchandise and stock rotation
- Monitor store security and safety protocols during overnight operations
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless store transitions and communication
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology/POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality essential
