Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during overnight hours, including product knowledge, recommendations, and checkout assistance
- Execute sales strategies to meet/exceed nightly targets while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts during low-traffic periods
- Safeguard store assets through proper security protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations and cleanliness standards
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Assist in opening/closing procedures for overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer bases
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficient with POS systems and retail technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
