Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge during overnight hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute store resets, merchandising, and inventory management tasks
- Ensure store security and safety standards are met throughout shift
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to operate POS systems and retail technology
- Physical stamina for standing/walking throughout shift
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
