Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new clients during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM) across Fort Worth and DFW metroplex
- Develop customized solutions for B2B clients in industrial and manufacturing sectors
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic territory management
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and client consultations
- Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy and weekly performance reporting
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless account handovers
- Attend monthly sales training and professional development sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work night shift (Monday-Friday, 6 PM - 2 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to travel 60% of shift time within territory
- Experience selling technical or industrial products preferred
