Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls and virtual meetings with West Coast business clients during overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to consultatively sell SaaS solutions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines, track KPIs, and document client interactions
- Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless handoffs and account continuity
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic prospecting and closing
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proven ability to close complex deals remotely during unconventional hours
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and other sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport via phone/video
- Strong time management and self-discipline for overnight shift work
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
