Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Consultatively sell SaaS solutions to mid-market businesses across California and Washington
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Document all client interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce with precision
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with demonstrable quota achievement
- Proven track record in selling technology solutions or SaaS products
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in remote environments
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Comfortable working night shift (10 PM - 6 AM PT) with strong time management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
