Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours to maximize sales conversion
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and manage cash handling procedures
- Stock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Process inventory orders and reconcile nightly sales reports
- Train and mentor new associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
