Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, building rapport and driving sales conversions
- Manage inventory, stock displays, and maintain store appearance during night shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while adhering to security protocols
- Actively upsell products and services to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with overnight team members to ensure operational excellence and store readiness
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed targets
- Participate in nightly inventory reconciliation and store closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience required
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
