Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and overnight hours, including product recommendations and transaction processing
- Execute store operations: inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising according to brand standards
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining cash handling accuracy and security protocols
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Assist in opening/closing procedures including safety checks and store preparation
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local/state retail regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
