Responsibilities
- Drive sales through product demonstrations and upselling techniques during evening hours
- Manage inventory operations, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store appearance
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently in overnight shifts
- Strong cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and inventory management skills
