Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences and product demonstrations

- Collaborate with weekend staff to optimize store operations

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or direct sales experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
- Valid Virginia driver's license (for store errands)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
