- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a pristine sales floor, ensuring product displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with technology.
- High school diploma or GED required.
