Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to drive sales and enhance shopping experiences
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management tasks to optimize store presentation
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and product knowledge gaps
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in training new associates on store policies and procedures
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock rotation activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred for potential off-site events
