- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, floor sets, and seasonal displays
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security protocols
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets and operational goals
- Contribute to store cleanliness, safety compliance, and inventory management processes
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions to enhance product expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
