Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local Virginia Beach market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Manage daily sales activities and accurately track leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to meet quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer retention.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, retail, or customer service.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
