Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers to identify needs and recommend products/services that meet their specific requirements.
- Close Sales: Utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively close deals and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure operational efficiency during night shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred; however, we provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
