Responsibilities
- Engage customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory levels to provide accurate information.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with computer systems and POS terminals.
