Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Drive sales revenue by meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Provide expert product knowledge and superior after-sales support to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market trends and customer engagement techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is strongly desired.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel within the Minneapolis area.
