Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and assist with inventory management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
